In this full-time role, you will evaluate and treat the pediatric population. Our facility is right inside of Easter Seals and we treat inpatient and outpatient children, 0-18 years of age. Having 7 SLP's on current staff, CFY candidates are welcome to apply. Requirements
- Current Georgia license as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to obtain license
- Recent graduates and experienced Speech Language Pathologists encouraged to apply
- Must be familiar with treating pediatric patients with speech, language, and feeding/swallowing concerns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve communication, cognitive function, and swallowing for patients
- Perform comprehensive assessments using subjective evaluations and objective tests to determine patient needs and treatment goals
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes to ensure optimal rehabilitation results
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and families, and consult with physicians to support effective treatment and care coordination
