About The Position
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Pediatrics/Feeding Premier Pediatric Therapy Location: Diboll, TX, Lufkin, TX, and surrounding areas PRN | Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling Options Pay: Starting at $65.00 per session Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team serving Lufkin and surrounding areas. We provide in-home pediatric therapy services designed to help children strengthen their communication skills, build confidence, and succeed in their daily environments. Requirements
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Texas
- Ability to work independently in a home health setting
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
- Feeding and swallowing experience is a plus
- Clinical Fellowship candidates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy services in the home setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, articulation, and communication development
- Provide feeding and swallowing therapy when applicable
- Educate and collaborate with families to support carryover of therapy strategies at home
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress toward therapy goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed
