About The Position

Join H2 Health to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. We are looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team to provide compassionate, individualized care to primarily geriatric patients in various senior living communities. As an SLP at H2 Health, you will assess and treat patients with a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders, including dysphagia, cognitive impairments, and neurological conditions. You'll work one-on-one with patients, tailoring treatment plans to their unique needs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active CCC-SLP license in the state of practice
  • Strong clinical reasoning and independent decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with geriatric patients and in dysphagia management preferred
