About The Position

Speech Language Pathologist - Full-time Location: Concord, CA Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. California State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with school-aged children with various communication disorders. Knowledge of special education laws and procedures. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Job Description Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in students. Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessment results. Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students with speech and language disorders. Collaborate with teachers and parents to support the integration of therapy goals into the educational setting. Participate in the development and review of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Communicate progress and collaborate with the educational team. Maintain open and regular communication with parents, providing updates on student progress and strategies for home support. Requirements
