Requirements

Active Speech Language Pathology (SLP) license in Florida (or ability to obtain — relocation support available)
Experience in SNF, inpatient rehab, or outpatient physical therapy preferred (New graduates encouraged to apply — clinical mentoring provided!)
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care and growth
Valid State Speech License and Credentials

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients as a Speech Language Pathologist in an SNF inpatient and outpatient setting
Develop and implement individualized Speech Language Pathology treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and rehab team members
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Medicare and facility standards
Educate patients and families to maximize functional outcomes and independence
Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques
Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
