About The Position

Join our team and grow with us both professionally and personally! Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position. This is an in-house program within a welcoming, slower-paced community environment that delivers holistic care with a strong focus on prevention. The role offers a salary with 75% productivity benchmarks and no mandated group treatment. Specialized on-site training is delivered during paid work hours, with some sessions eligible for CEUs. The facility boasts state-of-the-art rehab gyms and equipment. This position provides an opportunity to build relationships by following residents across the full continuum of care, including inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness services. Clinically driven, patient-centered treatment decisions guide all programs and care plans. The company has a positive leadership philosophy that gives therapists opportunities to provide input into programming, systems, and creative idea sharing. As a non-profit organization, student loan forgiveness is available after 10 years. In this role, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
An active Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
A valid Speech Language Pathology license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
