About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric therapy team. In this role, the SLP will conduct speech and language evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to support children with communication, language, articulation, and feeding/swallowing needs. The Speech-Language Pathologist will collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality, client-centered care and support meaningful developmental progress.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with pediatric populations, school-based settings, or early intervention.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to pediatric clients in accordance with individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct speech, language, and swallowing evaluations using appropriate assessment tools.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans based on clinical findings and client needs.
  • Document therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to support therapeutic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
  • Communicate with families and caregivers to provide education and support carryover of therapy strategies.
  • Participate in supervision, mentorship, and professional development as part of the Clinical Fellowship program.
