About The Position
The organization is a mental/behavioral health organization that offers a wide range of services to individuals with disabilities. This ranges from early intervention autism services to adult life skills development. In-Clinic Services Caseloads range from 8-10 kids Could be supervising 4-10 RBTs depending on how the cases are covered Primarily work with kids from 18 months old to 7 years old Would consider a hybrid schedule (still need to work through the logistics on this) They primarily bill Tricare, Medicaid and Blue Cross insurance
Requirements
- Master’s Degree
- Possess BACB BCBA Certification
- Be an involved BCBA who engages with the students and team not looking for someone who just wants to sit in their office
