About The Position
Arvin Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide compassionate care and evidence-based therapy to our residents in a skilled nursing setting.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active CA SLP license (or eligibility)
- CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- LTC/SNF experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform speech/language and swallowing assessments
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Educate residents, families, and staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and billing logs
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and program development
