Organization: Speech Pathology Job Summary: JOB SUMMARY Evaluates and treats patients with speech, language, voice, cognition, fluency, auditory (re)habilitation, and swallowing/oral feeding disorders. Educates and counsels patients and families. Provides independent therapeutic services and identify area(s) of clinical specialization and competency. Vanderbilt Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for our outpatient pediatric rehabilitation clinic on our main campus in Nashville, TN. About the Role As a valued member of our pediatric team, you will: Evaluate and treat children with speech, language, and cognitive disorders, including developmental and communication delays. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s goals and family needs. Provide family education and counseling to support therapy success. Collaborate daily with providers and audiology professionals for comprehensive care. Document accurately in EPIC EHR following Vanderbilt Health standards. Note: This role does not focus on feeding, swallowing, or voice therapy.
