Speech-Language Pathologist

Community Access Unlimited

About The Position

The Community Access Unlimited team provides support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Such supports include but are not limited to housing, community integration, daily living skills, and employment. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated speech-language pathologist to join our team in a full-time, community-based role. The SLP will provide evaluation and treatment services across multiple locations, including day program, home, and community environments. A primary focus of this position is conducting augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) evaluations and supporting individuals in accessing and using AAC systems in their daily lives. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly graduated clinician completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). We especially encourage Spanish- and/or ASL-fluent individuals to apply, as well as those with an interest or background in AAC. Our team is committed to supporting the growth of new clinicians — significant on-site mentorship and supervision will be available throughout your fellowship year. Join a passionate, mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to empowering adults with disabilities to communicate, connect, and thrive in their communities.
