We are seeking a PRN, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our collaborative and high-energy rehabilitation team. Your Impact Empower patients to thrive: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Create custom treatment plans: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to patient needs and in accordance with physician orders. Promote collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses and other health professionals, to ensure holistic and coordinated care. Educate and prepare for success: Provide essential training to patients, their families, and nursing staff on maintenance programs and care plans to ensure a smooth transition from therapy. Drive quality outcomes: Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and participate in conferences to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Ensure compliance: Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with all state and third-party payer requirements. Cultivate a positive environment: Relate positively and professionally with patients, families, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and effective therapeutic relationship.
