We are seeking a PRN, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our collaborative and high-energy rehabilitation team. Educate and prepare for success: Provide essential training to patients, their families, and nursing staff on maintenance programs and care plans to ensure a smooth transition from therapy. Drive quality outcomes: Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and participate in conferences to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Ensure compliance: Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with all state and third-party payer requirements. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
