About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication, speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations while providing high-quality, patient-centered care across various clinical settings

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current and active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Dedication to providing high-quality, patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication, language, speech, voice, and swallowing needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Provide therapy to improve functional communication, swallowing safety, and overall quality of life.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home strategies, compensatory techniques, and therapy goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, educators, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and professional standards.
