Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
State of North Carolina license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Excellent Communication skills
Valid North Carolina Driver’s License, NC/National Background check, Reference Checks

Nice To Haves

Fluent in Spanish is a plus
Early Childhood Intervention experience is a PLUS.
2 years of experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and treat clients within a multi-disciplinary clinic setting.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective individualized treatment plans
Develop home programs and provide parent education/coaching
Collaborate with a holistic team: OT, ST, PT, ABA, PYSCH, and parents/caregivers
Opportunities for supervising up to 2 SLP-As with commission/bonus pay and caseload reduction
