About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in Castle Rock, CO, specifically for the 2026-2027 school year. This role is available as either a full-time (1.0 FTE, Monday-Friday schedule starting August 2026) or part-time position. The primary responsibility is to provide speech and language services to K–12 students, directly impacting their communication and learning development. Requirements

  • Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
  • Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
  • Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
  • Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
  • Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
  • Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
