About The Position

The Aubin Aphasia Speech and Language Center is seeking a Full Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join their growing team. Applicants must currently hold a Washington State Speech-Language Pathology license (or have previously held one at the time of application). The ideal candidate will be available to begin within two weeks of receiving an offer. The center is looking for an SLP who wants to build deep, meaningful therapeutic relationships, thrives in both structured clinical work and playful, creative intervention, loves working with a wide range of communication needs (from early language development to complex neurogenic disorders), and values autonomy, collaboration, and a workplace that truly respects their time. Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Completion of clinical fellowship and national exam
  • Washington State SLP License (or eligible upon hire) and/or Alaska State SLP License
  • BLS certification (AHA) within 30 days of hire

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of clinical experience
  • SpeakOUT and/or LSVT certification
  • AAC experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized therapy to children and adults across a broad spectrum of communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and families
