Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Clinical Fellowship eligible (CFY / CF-SLP)
Florida SLP license (or in process)
Strong communication and time-management skills
Passion for working with geriatric and post-acute populations
Valid State Speech License and Credentials

Responsibilities

Provide speech-language pathology services in a Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living setting
Evaluate, treat, and document patient progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care
Complete CF requirements with structured support
Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques
Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
