About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services in a school-based setting. The SLP will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and delivering evidence-based speech and language interventions to students while collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary school teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure or eligibility to practice in Colorado
• Prior school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations in accordance with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to address students’ communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress and integrate therapy goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and IEP updates
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, school activities, and professional development sessions
• Provide guidance and education to students, families, and staff on effective communication strategies
