PRN Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Location: Gilbert, ArizonaService Areas: Hybrid-Clinic & Home Health Make an impact every day! We're seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team and help individuals of all ages achieve meaningful developmental milestones in various settings, including clinic and home health environments.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Current state licensure/certification as an SLP in Arizona.
One year of experience as a speech therapist is preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance (for home health visits).
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency skills of individuals served.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using evidence-based techniques.
Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize progress.
Provide caregiver education to support carryover of skills at home.
Coordinate services effectively between home, clinic, and telehealth platforms.
Must be willing to work a combination of home health and clinic ( exception: Home health only)
