Functional Pathways is currently hiring at Cascade Manor in Eugene, OR, for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist who will support the residents at Cascade Manor and therapy services throughout our Oregon communities. Job Summary: SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
Requirements
- Must have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA (CCC) Certification or CFY seeking CCC Certification
- Active state license required.
