About The Position

Provides clinical assessment and intervention for speech and swallowing disorders; performs administrative duties within the department; participates in educational activities; participates in clinical research; creates a plan of care for each patient upon completion of evaluation; establishes discharge plans for speech and swallowing. Starting hourly rate is $49.97

Requirements

• License to practice as a speech-language pathologist in the State of New York.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communicative Sciences & Disorders, or related field.
• NOTE: Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
