About The Position
Functional Pathways is hiring a PRN Speech Language Pathologist at Arizona State Veterans' Home in Yuma, Arizona. This state-owned and operated facility, located in West Yuma, is dedicated to honoring those who have served. It features 60 long-term care beds and a 20-bed memory care unit, with all residents enjoying single occupancy rooms with ADA-approved, en suite bathrooms. Residents receive customized services, comfort, dignity, and warm social connections through various activities and outings. Requirements
- Must have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA (CCC) Certification or CFY seeking CCC Certification
- Active state license required
Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician
