This is a Part Time Speech Language Pathologist position with a schedule Monday - Friday (no weekends), 10-19 visits / week. Requirements

Degree from an accredited school approved by CAA
Current state licensure or eligibility in Speech Language Pathology in Maryland
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
Has one (1) year Home Health clinical experience preferred, but would consider candidates with experience in the inpatient or skilled settings as well
Will display strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
Focuses on the patient and providing the utmost in customer service excellence
Experience with documentation utilizing EMR

Responsibilities

Speech Language Pathologist, SLP, will deliver quality speech services according to treatment plans
Documenting progress toward identified objectives
Provide accurate and timely documentation utilizing EMR platform
Conducting patient and family education
Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
