We are searching for the perfect SPEECH PATHOLOGIST who is passionate about the health and well- being of our patients to provides patient care including evaluating patient for treatment, developing plan of care, establishing goals, and assessing progress toward the attainment of goals, consult with other health care disciplines to co-ordinate therapeutic programs and discharge planning for individual patient and instructs patients and care givers in home programs for exercises and functional activities. Requirements

• Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting required.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech/Language Pathology program or related field required.
• Computer skills required.
• AZ license in professional area.
• American Heart Association BLS.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years progressive experience in clinical area performing patient clinical care preferred.
• Masters or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area preferred.
• Prior use of electronic health record preferred.
