About The Position

Speech-Language Pathologist (Full-Time) The Aubin Aphasia Speech and Language Center We are seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. Applicants must currently hold a Washington State Speech-Language Pathology license (or have previously held one at the time of application). Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Completion of clinical fellowship and national exam
  • Washington State SLP License (or eligible upon hire) and/or Alaska State SLP License
  • BLS certification (AHA) within 30 days of hire

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of clinical experience
  • SpeakOUT and/or LSVT certification
  • NMES (VitalStim/AmpCare) training
  • AAC experience
  • MPSImP or board certification in neurogenic communication, voice, or swallowing
  • Comfort working with a broad range of ages and diagnoses

Responsibilities

  • Begin with a 32-hour full-time schedule, with the option to grow to 40 hours
  • Provide individualized therapy to children and adults across a broad spectrum of communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and families
  • Contribute to a collaborative, growth-minded clinical team
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
