About The Position

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Lake Wales, FL , for a full time , school-based role! Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric) Exclusive school placement (no travel required) Hours: 7:30am-3:45pm Pay: $45 Compensation for the full school day, including prep time, note time, and lunch.

Requirements

• Speech Language Pathology License for SLP
• Medicaid number/eligibility

Responsibilities

• Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Providing therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with regulations.
