As our Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide essential assessment and therapy to individuals with various functional challenges. Every day, you will conduct thorough assessments and deliver targeted therapy, including providing education to patients and their support networks. Your goal is to restore functional abilities and reduce or prevent long-term limitations, helping individuals reach their maximum potential. You will also coordinate closely with other disciplines and implement relevant programs under general direction, ensuring a comprehensive and integrated approach to care. To be successful in this role, you will possess a current license/certification in a relevant specialty and clinical experience in assessing and treating functional impairments. You will demonstrate exceptional diagnostic, therapeutic, and communication skills, capable of developing individualized treatment plans and effectively educating individuals.
