Requirements

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist ( We can accept Clinical Fellows - CFs)
• Experience providing group treatment services to children with autism
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with patients and their families
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice To Haves

• SOS trained preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide direct speech therapy services to children, focusing on improving communication skills.
• Assess and treat speech, language, voice and feeding/swallowing disorders
• Conduct feeding evaluations and implement feeding therapy plans for students with oral- motor and sensory based feeding challenges
• Collaborate with staff and parents regularly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• A willingness and passion for continued growth and learning.
