About The Position

Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a full-time Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based teletherapy services to K–8 students in New Hampshire. This is a 100% remote SLP role utilizing their innovative HyTech Therapy Solution, which includes on-site support staff (HyTech Facilitator) to assist students during sessions, allowing the SLP to focus solely on therapy. The position is designed to offer significant support, including a dedicated Service Delivery Manager and built-in technology/platform assistance, addressing common challenges in remote roles. Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA CCC-SLP required
Active New Hampshire SLP license (REQUIRED)
Strong communication skills and adaptability
Comfortable using virtual platforms and technology

Nice To Haves

Experience or interest in teletherapy, school-based services, or pediatrics preferred

Responsibilities

Provide remote speech-language therapy services (teletherapy) to K–8 students
Conduct virtual speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and services
Deliver engaging, effective online therapy sessions (individual and small group)
Support students with: Articulation and phonology, Receptive and expressive language, Social/pragmatic communication, Fluency and voice disorders
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
Work alongside an on-site facilitator to support student participation
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
Communicate regularly with families and school teams
