Requirements
- Licensure: Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license (required).
- Experience: At least 1 year of clinical experience in speech-language pathology.
- Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Driving: Licensed driver with access to a reliable, well-maintained vehicle.
- Certifications: Current CPR certification.
- Passion: A dedication to providing the highest standard of care to our patients and community.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care to recovering patients, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life.
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on therapies, exercises, and strategies to enhance day-to-day living.
- Administer therapy treatments and interventions to improve patients’ overall well-being.
- Demonstrate compassion and excellence in every aspect of care.
