About The Position

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our team near Elizabeth, NJ, for a full-time school-based position! Help us make a meaningful and lasting impact on every child’s educational journey. We proudly welcome Clinical Fellows and recent graduates and offer direct supervision and hands-on training to support successful completion of the CF experience. Opportunities are also available across New Jersey and nationwide, with strong potential for growth within the company! Position Details Setting: School-Based Pediatric Services Placement: Exclusive school assignment (no travel required) Pay: $55–$70 per hour Includes compensation for the full school day—prep time, documentation, and lunch included. CFs receive direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide therapy sessions to support communication and language development
• Track student progress and adjust goals and treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
