Requirements
- Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or eligibility to obtain
- Current state licensure or certification as an SLP
- At least 1 year of experience preferred (home care experience a plus)
- Current CPR certification and up-to-date PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and oral-motor skills
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams
- Provide direct therapy using specialized techniques and equipment
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and strategies
- Recommend communication aids and coordinate referrals for audiology services as needed
- Document patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Participate in interdisciplinary care coordination and discharge planning
