About The Position

Anne Carlsen is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide exceptional care and measurable outcomes for pediatric clients. This role combines advanced clinical practice with individualized treatment planning, ensuring that each child receives the highest quality of evidence-based therapy. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will: Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, feeding, and communication disorders using standardized assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs and circumstances. Deliver structured, goal-oriented therapy through both in-clinic sessions and occasional contract services. Monitor and document progress with precision, adjusting treatment plans to reflect outcomes and best practices. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care. Requirements

  • Master's degree from an ASHA accredited program
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language pathologist and ASHA certificate of clinical competence
  • Have or be eligible for ASHA membership
  • Valid North Dakota Driver's License

Nice To Haves

  • Three years' experience in pediatric speech language pathology or work with intellectually/developmentally disabled population
  • Knowledge of payment sources and systems related to SLP
  • Experience collaborating with ABA programming
  • One year experience with assistive technology
