About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and student-cntered Speech-Language Pathologist to support learners across the PK-12 continuum. As part of our multidisciplinary special education team, you will play a key role in helping students access communication, language, and social-emotional success.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech, language, and communication assessments for students ages 3-22
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services per IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
- Support students with diverse needs including articulation, fluency, voice, AAC, receptive/expressive language, and social communication
- Assist in developing and implementing IEP goals and service plans
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Particiate in MTSS/RTI processes and district-wide initiatives
- Guide teams with AAC selection, training, and implementation
- Promote inclusive practices across school settings
