About The Position

We’re seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team working with school students of all ages. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teachers, behavior analysts, and therapists to make a lasting impact on students’ speech, language, and communication skills. Requirements

• Master’s degree and PA state licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CF applicants welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AAC systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and write progress reports
• Provide 1:1 and small group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with the educational team for goal setting and service recommendations
