What you'll be doing Collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team on patient care plans Delivering quality SLP services directly to patients in their homes across Somerset, PA and nearby communities Spending roughly 20% of your day traveling between patient locations
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in the state of Pennsylvania
- 1+ year of experience in healthcare
- 1+ year of experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Practice Partner EMR, or EHR implementation
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Comfortable with regular local travel as part of daily responsibilities
- Pennsylvania SLP license number on hand—please include it in your application if available
