Requirements
- Current California SLP license
- At least one year of experience working with young children with developmental delays
- Clear Background & Driving Record
- Current TB clearance, BLS certification, and any other required health and safety credentials (or willing to get them)
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for Early Start clients alongside our expert clinicians
- Provide consultation services tailored to each childs needs
- Work with Program Supervisors to recommend strategies, communication supports, and meaningful goals
- Deliver one-on-one speech and language therapy when needed, targeting vocabulary, sentence structure, articulation, social communication, and feeding/swallowing (when appropriate)
- Accurately track hours, document progress, and submit reports on time
