About The Position

We are currently seeking a full-time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. Requirements

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina
Experience in pediatrics required
Passion for working with children and families in a collaborative care model
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality speech and language evaluations and individualized therapy services for children with a wide range of developmental needs
Collaborate with occupational therapists, behavior analysts, and families to support each child’s communication goals
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Provide caregiver education and strategies to support carryover at home
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
