The SLP will provide high-quality, client-centered, and evidence-based speech therapy services. This role involves conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating closely with families and professionals from other disciplines. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children across a variety of developmental levels and communication disorders, and a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of young clients and their families. Competitive Compensation: $85,000–$110,000+ as a W2 salaried, exempt position, providing predictable income with guaranteed pay for cancellations and protected paid administrative/documentation time. Strong Administrative Support: Dedicated operations, intake, and billing/authorization teams handle all non-clinical tasks—allowing SLPs to focus solely on evaluations, treatment, and family collaboration.
