About The Position

The SLP will provide high-quality, client-centered, and evidence-based speech therapy services. This role involves conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating closely with families and professionals from other disciplines. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children across a variety of developmental levels and communication disorders, and a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of young clients and their families. Full-Time, Part-Time, or Hourly Clinical Fellows Welcome High Pay + Guaranteed Cancellation Pay Work-Life Balance: Manageable productivity expectations (choose a caseload of 25–32 direct hours). No weekends or evenings (operating hours Mon–Fri, 8:00–5:00, with optional 4pm end times) Weekly flex time available. Strong Administrative Support: Dedicated operations, intake, and billing/authorization teams handle all non-clinical tasks—allowing SLPs to focus solely on evaluations, treatment, and family collaboration. Loan Forgiveness: $5,000 annually after one year of employment. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) status
  • Experience with early intervention and/or preschool populations
  • Familiarity with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) systems
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech therapy services, including assessments, treatment planning, and intervention that are ethical and evidence-based.
  • Provide best practice speech-language therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) through assessment and intervention.
  • Educate and counsel families on communication strategies and home programs to support continued progress.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as professional ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with industry and organizational policies.
  • Advocate for patient rights and ensure equitable access to services.
