Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Pay: ~$50 per standard session (~1 hour); ~$200 per 4-hour block
Work type: 100% remote / telehealth (contract); flexible schedule
Schedule: Flexible 4-hour blocks; optional evenings; no mandatory weekends

Requirements

• Active SLP license in CA, OR, OH, or FL
• Experience with Alzheimer’s, MCI, or mild dementia
• Comfort treating early-stage cognitive impairment
• Adult/geriatric focus (not pediatric or school-based)
• Confident bedside manner with patients and families
• Reliable internet and private workspace

Nice To Haves

• Spanish language skills
• Telehealth experience
• Dementia-focused cognitive rehab training

Responsibilities

• Deliver cognitive rehab for early-stage neurodegenerative conditions
• Lead telehealth speech and swallow evaluations
• Use your own cognitive rehab materials and protocols
• Educate patients and families with clear, calm guidance
• Document sessions and care plans efficiently
• Coordinate care in a low-bureaucracy, clinician-led setup
