The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with communication disorders that impact their ability to access the curriculum and participate in the educational environment. The SLP collaborates with educators, parents, and specialists to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that address each student’s unique needs. This role requires the ability to provide both direct and consultative services to ensure students achieve their communication and academic goals.
