About The Position
Hello, Speech Language Pathologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for a school setting in McDonough, GA. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by administering evaluations, developing and implementing therapy plans, providing speech and language services, monitoring progress, and collaborating with teams to support student outcomes.
Requirements
- Valid Professional Standards Commission approved certificate at level S-5 or above in Speech Language Pathology
- Master's Degree from a Professional Standards Commission approved accredited college or university in Speech Language Therapy
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

- School-based experience preferred, not required
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to assigned students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and data
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication and learning
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to service recommendations
- Maintain compliant and confidential student records in accordance with regulations
- Support a range of student communication needs across school settings
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support student success
