PRN Speech Language Pathologist
About The Position
Functional Pathways is currently hiring at Covenant Living at The Shores in Mercer Island, WA, for a PRN Speech Language Pathologist. This role will have consistent coverage of 2-3 shifts per week, additional back-up for PTO coverage and weekend coverage as needed. Requirements
- Must have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA (CCC) Certification or CFY seeking CCC Certification
- Active state license required.
Responsibilities
- SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
