About The Position
Boothby Therapy Services is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists, including Clinical Fellows (CFs), to support students across a variety of school-based settings throughout Massachusetts. These positions are available due to program growth and expanding partnerships with school districts. We are seeking compassionate, collaborative clinicians who are passionate about helping students build functional communication skills and thrive in their educational environments.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Massachusetts DESE licensure as a Speech, Language, and Hearing Specialist
- OR eligibility for licensure for Clinical Fellows
- Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply (supervision provided)
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Nice To Haves
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred for licensed clinicians
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and write comprehensive reports
- Develop, implement, and manage IEP goals related to communication needs
- Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with special educators, families, and related service providers
- Track and document student progress and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with IDEA, Massachusetts regulations, and district requirements
- Participate in team meetings, IEP meetings, and professional development
