Requirements

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Wisconsin
Graduate of an accredited school with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Nice To Haves

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Experience in skilled nursing or senior living settings preferred
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive speech-language and swallowing evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy addressing speech, language, cognition, voice, and dysphagia
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support optimal resident outcomes
Educate residents, families, and staff on communication and swallowing strategies
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture
