About The Position

Foundations Educational Solutions is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team! This position is a full-time position for the 2022-2023 school year.

Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree
• Hold a valid SLP/ SLT license in the state of Arizona
• Hold a valid Department of Education SLP/SLT license in the state of Arizona
• Hold a current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Hold current CPR certification
• Maintain Continuing Education requirements, as per AzDHS (http://azdhs.gov/licensing/special/index.php#speech-hearing-continuing-education)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a variety of speech-language disorders
• Administer and interpret evaluations
• Complete quarterly progress reports, as needed
• Collaborate closely with children, families, and other therapy professionals
