About The Position
PRN (Per Required Need) / On-Call Position This is an as-needed, on-call role with no guaranteed hours. The Terrace is a 115 bed classic nursing home with a heavy emphasis on long-term care residents and a small, but growing, short-term rehab unit. Requirements
- Speech Language Pathologist / Speech Therapist (SLP-CCC) license in IL
- Experience with Med A, Med B & public Aide patient caseload
- Technologically savvy — we use PCC & Optima
- Commitment to at least two (2) weekend shifts per month (Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Intermittent weekday availability as needed
- Flexibility to work Day, PM, and NOC shifts (PMs and NOCs are most needed)
- Availability to work some holidays
- Availability to attend a Wednesday New Employee Orientation
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a post-acute/inpatient rehab setting is best
