Sound Therapies is looking for enthusiastic, well-trained speech-language pathologists and speech-language pathologist assistants to join our diverse and dynamic team. Both experienced and newly graduated SLPs are encouraged to inquire about available positions. Sound Therapies SLPs enjoy top compensation, great incentives, and outstanding clinical support. Stipend available for bilingual SLPs! Holding steadfast to the belief that we are life-long learners, Sound Therapies has forged a culture of collaboration by placing value on monthly meetings and online group discussions that provide opportunities for connection, problem-solving, and the sharing of input, knowledge, and expertise between colleagues from a wide range of experience levels. Whether you've been practicing for 2 months or 25 years, we believe you have something to learn and something to share. The opportunity to come together with colleagues each month is both professionally and personally rewarding. Mentoring and quality supervision are a hallmark of everything we do at Sound Therapies and our company is unique in having a dedicated Clinical Fellowship Mentoring Program. Our CF Mentoring Program offers a supported transition from the graduate clinician experience into a successful Clinical Fellowship Year by providing newly graduated SLPs a cohort of other CF's to connect and learn with at monthly small-group meetings, and individualized support from experienced supervisors to help you navigate through your first year in the field and to assist you in establishing your professional understanding of your role as a school-based SLP. This program is also open to SLPs experienced in providing services in other settings who are looking to transition into the school-based environment, so that they may also receive the support they need to feel confident as they make that change.
