About The Position

As a Home Health SLP for Interim HealthCare®, you’ll help patients find hope and healing through home-based speech therapy designed to overcome their challenges and increase their quality of life. The Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) will join our team of healthcare professionals based out of our South Portland, ME office. This is a part-time position. We kindly request that only applicants residing in the state of Maine apply. Since 1966, Interim HealthCare has been a trusted provider of home-based speech therapy to individuals suffering with communication deficits, cognitive impairments and swallowing difficulties. Requirements
- Current License or Certification as a Speech Therapist
- Education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology granted by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association OR meets the educational requirements for certification and is in the process of accumulating the supervised experience required for certification
- In the last five (5) years, two (2) years of experience as a speech therapist that is relevant to the patient population assigned
- CPR BLS Certification
