About The Position

Step into a rewarding school-based role where your expertise makes a daily difference. We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students for the current academic year, with the opportunity to continue beyond the school year based on performance. This position offers a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week in an engaging educational environment focused on growth, collaboration, and student success. In this role, you will provide comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse student population, helping learners strengthen communication skills essential for academic achievement and social development. You will design and implement individualized education plans, assess and address speech and language needs, and deliver targeted interventions tailored to each student’s goals. Working closely with families, teachers, and school staff, you will help ensure consistency and carryover of strategies across settings. Professional collaboration and development are key components of this position. You will participate in team meetings, contribute to shared problem-solving, and engage in district-led professional development opportunities that support continued learning and growth. Requirements

  • ASHA certification is required for consideration
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a closely related field
  • Hold, or be eligible to obtain, a Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Washington
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
